arly in my career as a female engineer in the aviation industry I didn't see enough examples around me of the woman I wanted to be.

There was an absence of female talent everywhere, especially in leadership roles. The women I did see weren’t clearly distinguishable from their male counterparts; almost deliberately not showcasing their strong female attributes, passions outside of the workplace, or celebrating the spectrum that is working womanhood/motherhood.

It made me feel disconnected from my career and the work I was doing alongside my life, and had me questioning if I too needed to have this separate life to succeed in this industry.

And then one day, shortly after returning to work as a newly minted mom of twins, after an inspiring session with the Pump Girls of 25-20, aka the group of unstoppable badass working moms who became sisters and confidants, and changed my perception of women in the workplace, I decided it was time be loud and proud about the whole person I am and show up as her in every single room I enter.

The moment I stopped muting parts of myself to “fit into certain rooms” was when the game changed for my life and my career. 

I started showing up as my whole self and strengthening my personal brand which was the differentiator I needed for me to create my best, most fulfilling life. I want this for you too.

Ever since I was a little girl I’ve felt pulled to do big things with my life and my talents, and to use whatever platform I’m privileged enough to stand on for good. I want to make the absolute best of this one gift of a life that I’ve got; I want to give my boys more privilege and opportunity than I have, just like my parents did for me; and I want to elevate as many women in the process as possible and make it easier for those who come after me, because we need more women leading from all levels in society as fully expressed versions of themselves, because well resourced women are a force and we must close the gender pay gap.

I’m passionate about creating this big badass life, and helping you do the same, because well resourced women are a force and one by one our influence and impact can change the world. When women win, we all win.
